Conditions of participation "GECO Fusion Campaign Competition"

§ 1 Organiser

The organiser of the competition is RWS GmbH Kronacher Straße 63, 90765 Fürth Germany (hereinafter "Organiser"). The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram.

§ 2 Conditions of participation

  1. The competition is open to natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
  2. Prize 1: Participation only for persons residing in Germany who hold a firearms licence (EWB) valid in Germany.
  3. Prize 2: Participation only for persons resident in Germany or Austria who are in possession of a firearms possession card (EWB) valid for the respective country.
  4. During the term of the competition, each participant must
    • follow all of the following Instagram accounts

      @geco.ammo
      @berettaofficial
      @steiner.optik.hunting
      @blacktridentofficial
      @lowreadymagazine
       
    • comment on the competition post with #gecomarried and tag two other profiles.
  5. Multiple participation through several accounts, automated prize draw services or similar manipulations are not permitted.
     

§ 3 Participation, realisation and processing

  1. The competition begins on 01/07/2025 at 8:00 am and ends on 12/08/2025 at 11:59 pm.
  2. The winners will be selected at random within [72 hours] of the closing date and notified via Instagram direct message.
  3. Winners of prize 1 must respond within 7 days:
    • respond via private message and
    • present a valid German EWB (digital scan/photo).
      If no response is received by the deadline or the EWB is not valid, a replacement winner will be drawn.
  4. Winners of prize 2 must respond within 7 days:
    • respond by private message and
    • present a valid German or Austrian EWB (digital scan/photo).
      If no response is received by the deadline or the EWB is not valid, a replacement winner will be drawn.
  5. The prizes will only be dispatched / redeemed ...
    - Prize 1 within Germany
    - Prize 2 within Germany and Austria
    - Prize 2 within D-A-CH.
  6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Discount or voucher codes cannot be combined with other promotions.

§ 5 Exclusion of liability

  1. Participation and acceptance of prizes are at the participant's own risk. The organiser is only liable for personal injury, damage to property or financial loss in the event of intent or gross negligence.
  2. The following applies to prize 1: The winner bears sole responsibility under firearms law; the gun will only be handed over after a successful EWB test.
  3. The following applies to prizes 1 and 2: Participation in the LOWREADY ACADEMY is only possible upon presentation of a valid EWB. Ammunition is not included in the price. Cancellation of the booked course in accordance with the applicable GTC.

     

§ 6 Data protection

  1. Personal data will only be used to organise the competition and then deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.
  2. Winners agree to the publication of their Instagram user name in connection with the competition.
  3. Further information on data protection can be found in the organiser's privacy policy.

§ 7 Miscellaneous

  1. Legal recourse is excluded.
  2. The organiser reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the competition in the event of unforeseeable circumstances.
  3. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
